He is great at getting natural performances from his cast while telling susinct funny stories.

He is a very busy director and rarely works for clients just once, and it is this repeat business that says alot about how mush people enjoy working with him and the success of his projects.

Neil could be really annoying as he seems to be great at everything he does, Ski instructor, racing driver, international ice hockey player, raconteur extraordinaire, handsome too, and fortunately a good bloke and one of the team who is very serious about his work.
